Started with a problem that kept coming up
Leah O'Dwyer spent seven years working inside fleet operations at two large UK logistics businesses before founding ExoFleets. The same issue surfaced at both: nobody could tell you the true cost per mile for a specific vehicle class. Not reliably, not in real time, not across all their depots at once.
The data existed. It was just scattered across a telematics platform, a fuel card portal, a maintenance system, and a finance spreadsheet that someone updated on Fridays. Reconciling those four sources took two people most of a month, and by the time the numbers were ready, the operations had already moved on.
ExoFleets was built to solve that specific problem. Not to add another data silo, but to become the master layer that connects what already exists. Today the platform serves mixed-fuel and multi-site fleets across the UK, with a focus on operators moving through the transition to lower-emission vehicles who need the data infrastructure to make that transition on solid ground.
