Every figure is derived from your own telematics data. Nothing is estimated from industry benchmarks — the p/mile figure for HV70 RGL is HV70 RGL's actual fuel spend divided by HV70 RGL's actual telematics-recorded mileage.

VRM

Vehicle registration mark — the anchor for all cost data. Anonymised in sample reports.

Fuel p/mile

Actual fuel spend divided by telematics-recorded mileage for the vehicle in the period.

R&M Status

OK / Due soon / Overdue — derived from mileage-based service intervals and DVLA MOT records.

Residual %

Estimated retained value as a percentage of original purchase price, modelled per VRM from age, mileage and condition flags.

Abuse Flags

Count of cold-start, harsh braking and excessive idle events from CAN bus / GPS telematics in the period.

30d Cost

Total attributable cost for the vehicle in the 30-day period: fuel spend + pro-rated R&M accrual + depreciation charge.

VRMs are fictional. Cost figures are illustrative only, based on typical UK LCV fleet operating parameters. Actual figures will vary by fleet, routes and vehicle condition. R&M status is derived from mileage-interval estimates and should not be used as a substitute for a mechanic's inspection. Residual depreciation percentages are modelled estimates and do not represent a vehicle valuation.
